The UK is divided into 3 zones (see below for details).
Zone 1
England, Wales and parts of Scotland excluding the Highlands and Islands.
Zone 2
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland*.
Zone 3
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly.
*Extended delivery times do exist for outlying areas in Zone 2; express9, 10, AM, PM – within 1 working day, express24 – usually within 2 working days, express48 – usually within 3 working days. Our cut off time for next day delivery is 4.00pm.
